Required Documents
- Request for Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation
- Evidence of mediation-related facts
- A copy of the identification card of the person wishing to mediate
- A power of attorney with a duty stamp of 30 baht attached (if any)
- A copy of identification card of the authorized person (if any)
Service Process

Submit a mediation request to the Director-General of the Department of Intellectual Property
- The Department of Intellectual Property issues a letter of invitation to the parties to provide facts.

The Department of Intellectual Property invites the parties in conflict to participate in joint mediation.

The mediation settlement agreement will be issued for both the case that the final agreement can be reached and the case that the final agreement cannot be reached.
Price
5,000 baht per hour
or 30,000 baht per day
Remark:
Travel expenses, notarial charge, courtroom mediation costs, and other associated costs are not included in the fees for mediation to the Department of Intellectual Property
